Thanks Conn, I have to say I was delighted that they accepted it, there was some serious stiff competition in there. Ill also be going to this exhibition.

Been midweek, I wasnt keen on proposing a club thing at LG for it, those who want to see it will make the effort, it was all over the media, and there a load of people there anyway,

Guys, A numbe of us were out at LG this week for the Persieds, got some nice widefield sky shots, I havent processed these in any way, I havent removed any light pollution and are as is. Hi, Given the ongoing apparition of these 2 planets in the western sky, I had to point the scope at them and get some shots, I didn't want to wait til it got dark as the planets would only get nearer to the horizon and become blurred, so I got them in daytime, http://farm1.staticflickr.com/373/18626...
