After my second night attempting to image this I finally managed to get some type of picture before the mist rolled in again. Two hours setting up the mount, unknown tracking errors, a slipping tripod screw and finally the haze
I managed to get 60 minutes of exposure although I wanted about 2.5 hours through the Megrez 72 before the weather broke.

I was also using the new Skywatcher field flattener. It looks like it did a pretty decent job with the Megrez 72 (ignore the tracking errors

A good image there John, the tracking doesnt seem so bad to me.
Like you say a longer exposure would be of benifit.
