not bad at all Roy, focus looks good, what exposure length and iso rating did you use?

30 second exposure and an ISO of 400, and an apature of f4.0.

Good start Roy.
Those settings are about the limit
for urban constellation astrophotography.
It's tricky to get the balance right between sky & a lit foreground.
