Green laser pointers

Hey Guys.
Just wondering the power of your laser pointers. I was looking on ebay and all they have is 1mw green laser pointers and I was wondering if that was powerful enough?

nope, a 5mw is the minimum,.

they've reduced their range but upped the power over the years, 50$ is their cheapest, you will find cheaper but there is alot of crap out there.

Just picked up a 50mw on amazon it was $65 but is on sale for $22 so I snapped it up. I'm still waiting on the guy from astromart to see if he'll accept my offer for the Meade eyepiece set, if he doesn't accept I'm affraid I'll have to convince him with my friendly baseball bat(ha ha).
