oh well, it was a bust, the clouds came in from the atlantic and I dont think anyone in the country saw anything, :( :(
We tried tountinna, then it looked like it might clear near ennis, went there and it was also a bust, went to hurlers cross near shannon giving us a view to the north east, clouds blocked the view. :x

:( , for future events I think we should consider jumping on a Ryanair flight to wherever! On the brightside the suspense was good though!

Looks like the only report countrywide so far is from Bernie Foley in Waterford.
I'm not even gonna work out what yesterday off cost plus diesel coz I'm sure it'd be the same as a flight somewhere.
Tormso?
We dropped the ball lads.
This is a lesson to us.

big time guys, seriously dropped the ball, wtf were we thinking !!!!!!
think about it, we went to Barcelona for a lunar eclipse, this is way more up the scale and we didnt travel, a costly lesson.
one I'm not going to repeat for the sake of a cheapo ryanair flight.

Sorry about the weather lads. It's was pretty crap here too. Got to see the transit through a few short breaks in the clouds. We ran an event at work. Most people who were prepared to wait for ten minutes or so got a brief glimpse.
Hopefully catch up with you first week in September. I' m over for a short visit.
