Limerick Astronomy Club

Having spoken to Nick Howes about this at the Galway Astrofest (he's one of the organisers)
I am 100% going to Tucson for this next year.

The event sounds incredible (the website although very cool can't compare to Nicks description and stories of it).
I'm throwing this out there early, to see who else is interested in going. June 9-12, 2016.

It did sound fantastic. And those apollo astronauts won't be around forever.

But then there is the US eclipse in 2017...
And i'm already going to the states this september.
Need to do the lotto tonight.

As things stands right now, I wont be able to go, if that changes then I'll let you know.

I wonder what the plan would be for 2017 in terms of them maybe
running it around the time of the Eclipse. May be able to kill 2 birds with one stone.
Might hold off on this and get more info from Nick.
