One of the best satellite animation sites I've seen.
The visual (obviously in day time) is very high definition
and you can speed up the animation to give better predictive movements.

I'll definitely try that site Frank. I'm stuck in a Shanghai hotel room waiting for a typhoon to hit the city anytime now. Can't get any local information on what is happening. I had planned to go shopping this weekend too
