Just wondering what we could set up?

I conduct the Oregon Chorale which is about to tour Scotland and Ireland (see our website). We will be in Limerick from July 4 to 6. I am also an amateur astronomer, member of the Rose City Astronomers, Portland Oregon, USA.
My Astronomy Magazine tells me that there will be quite a conjunction around July 5 and 6. If I were home, I would be holding a star party at my house for high school students and friends. Since that won't be possible, I was wondering if your club has an activity planned that I might attend (if my schedule allows it).

Frank, you and I will be in Greece, nothing either of us can do.
What about the rest of ye ??
You can always go to the Burren or the hill in Boher, if so, I can give one of you the key, failing that Brendan also has one.
if I was here, I'd offer to have a mini session on the patio in my place, make a BBQ out of it,
its such bad timing

My parents are in the Voices of Limerick Choir.
She will actually be doing a concert with them!
