I was thinking..
There is a function on the 02 site that allows
to schedule texts...
Once a month it could be set up to send out things
like good ISS passes.
Conjunctions, occultations ...whatever you like..

I waas thinking of setting up the 12 monthly club meeting texts in one go using the time delay finction, this way its not going to be forgotton or a rush job on the day.

Ya, exactly and if it needs to be changed last min (as in last Wed)
then thats doable.

We just got to watch the amount of texts.
We get 250 free PM.

thats 250 a month yea?

if so per month we use
a, 40 or so for the meeting announcement,
b, and 1 or 2 observing sessions, so say 80 texts there,
c, 1 iss text, thats 40.

so that leaves us with 90, leaving us plenty for whatever might come along.

I'm goi g to get Ter to look into free txts all the time for that number.
