well we can trash it out here and finisalise the dates in the March meeting.
I can do every night aswell, lets face it, some of the nights wont work out weather wise, so it isnt going to be a 7 night marathon.

I hope to have both club scopes and binos there at all clear night.
If the minder of the equipement cant make it, we'll work out a way of getting the scopes there.
TBH, I'm probabily going to hang onto the 12" till then anyway, so as to get it fully ready.

If its anything as good as last year, then it'll be a blast. 8) 8)

Remember those leaflets that the Baker st. astronomy people had at astrofest? Did you bring one home with you?

They were snazzy leaflets about their club, it would be nice to have something like that to hand out at the GAM event.

yea, I think I have one there somewhere, they'd be a good template to work off of.
Handing out leaflets is something we never did properly.

Sounds great. I'm in the middle of giving the 10" a good
clean up. (not the optics mind)
The legs, the bolts etc etc. All need a good
clean down and parts need a touch up cosmeticall.
I'll have it ready to rock for the 1st.
I'll be getting next months rota this week so I can say
for 100% what nights I can do. But we need to have a back
up of someone who could take the 10" in case I'm on nights.

thats fantastic Frank,
We were thinking of using it for the radio club event this weekend, is there any chance you could have it roughly cleaned up by then ?? what do you think.
If not we'll do without it, and no hassle btw.
