Hi All,
I usually don't do this but the weather forecast as it stand right now is saying tomorrow night is going to be a clear one.
So, for once, I'm mentioning this well in advance, of course this could all change.
We have 2 sites, either the Burren or Boher, what's your preference?
It's not a real advantage in terms of dark skies going to the Burren as we have a big moon rising well into the night, but it is a far superior observing site, an almost perfect horizon, no mast!!.
So can people say if they can/cannot go and what site they'd prefer.
I'll send the usual text alert tomorrow evening (6pm-ish) if its going to go ahead, if you don't get a text then its called off..

Remember that the moon is crossing the pleiades tomorrow night, it'll make for a nice display.

As it happens I cant travel tonight, I will be observing from my back garden so if anyone wants to come over, just give me a ring or make a response here.
BTW, the moon-pleiades transit was this morning, not tonight, my bad.
