messier marathon friday and/or saturday nights.

Post by Dave Lillis » Thu Mar 03, 2011 11:50 pm

well lads.
As we discussed in the meetings, there is a chance to have a messier marathon this weekend, I was originally on for Friday or saturday
but after thinking about it again, Im on call this weekend so saturday night would be far better for me, less chance of been called on sunday
Friday would be v difficult.
I have a few messier marathon books here, so I'll make out an observing schedule from them.

Good luck with the weather. I'm heading off to a marathon myself in an hour. Tent, camera, wife and the scope packed in the car ready to go.
