Hey Guy's.

Is any1 up for a night of Moon mapping and hopefully getting some nice pic's of the Lunar surface on tuesday night as it's supposed to be a beautiful moon lit night. Just a thought....... As it might be the only clear night for awhile. We can have it at my place as the lights wont matter as the moon will be pretty bright on it's own.

Thats an idea, thing is if i was, then I'd be using the scope in the dome, we'll see on that evening.

I'll be setting up my scope about 5pm, so if you wanna meet me at the LIT just up from Thomond Park about 4:45. We'll be setting up in my backyard.

Hi Roy,
thanks for the grand evening at your place, the sky was sharp and clear and views of the moon were great, as were the sandwiches and tea.
So, I'll send a text tonight for a lunar and jupiter club session at your place this Friday, weather permitting, should be good.
