AGM 2012, Thursday 2nd February

Hi All,
The agm is on this week on Thursday.
I'm asking in this public forum, what would people like to discuss.
I'm proposing the following.

1, Financial report from Treasurer.
2, Summary of last years achievements/events.
3, Whats coming up in 2012,
........Finialising the 2012 club speakers
........BSP 2012
........HAM radio stand March 11th
........IYA Moon watch in April
........School visits
4, Election of the new committee.

Also, time permitting I'll give a demo of the club website.

If you have additions to this, just say so here or email me.

Great AGM guys,
we got through alot and came to some decisions, like
new laptop is a necessity
summer trip is on the cards for last transit of venus this century
anyway, Gordon, when you get a chance, can you put up the minutes
