Perseid meteor shower, 2012

Well, that time of the year is nearly upon us again,
Saturday night - sunday morning, august 11-12th will be the peak of this years shower, the weather is supposed to improve in the second half of the weekend, that comes with the usual health warning.
IF its good, its something we should try and get to see, maybe a trip to the burren might be in order.

was out for the past 2 hours, saw some nice meteors, and one fireball, that one went through the neck of pegasus, magnitude -3 to -4.
lets hope the weekend stays good for us.
