The Sun - as it is right now

If there is high solar activity, you might want to check out for auroral activity at the bottom of the weather page.

SOHO IMAGES

The latest white light image and hydrogen-alpha light image of the Sun.
White light shows sunspots while h-alpha shows prominences and flares.
